Drink Your Way to Health – Juice Feasting

For years I’ve heard about how juice fasts/feasting – drinking only vegetable and fruit juice – can reverse chronic health issues, be instrumental in weight loss, eliminate migraines, help with sleep, provide more energy, among other benefits. Some people do it for a week, others do it for 92 days. One of my friends did it for 32 days recently. It’s all about what you are looking to achieve with your health.

I’m embarrassed to say that I’ve never made it past 4 days of liquids only. I would get so hungry, weak, irritable and fed up (haha) that I’d break down and eat. Even knowing how beneficial it’s been to others, and would most likely be for me too. I was interviewing one of my Transform Your Health Summit experts last week, and he gave me some clues on things I missed in previous attempts. First, it can take up to a week (at least 3-4 days) to make it past the ‘healing crisis’ – where you feel weak, hungry, irritable, and tired with detoxification symptoms. Then once the body gets used to not having solids, you start sleeping better, having more energy, and feeling great. So you just need to make it past the hump.

Then I watched Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, an amazing documentary showing the life-changing effects a juice cleanse can have – truly inspirational. Hungry For Change is another enlightening documentary on the food industry and how food is really affecting us.

This time my juice feasting/fasting is ON for at least 10 days…and I’m inviting you to join the community for free support, ideas, recipes, how-to videos and more. It’s FAR more powerful to do something like this with support. This could be life-changing!

Update: I am 10 days into the juice cleanse and feeling great! Down 8 pounds, 2% body fat, sleeping better, skin looks clearer, pain is less and systemic inflammation seems far less. Join us!
